Andrew, as you say, avoiding triggers is important for migraine control, but there are definitely supplements which can be helpful in a good headache plan, such as a multi plus Ca, as well as additional magnesium and CoQ10. Patients should consult their doctors for dosage recommendations, but there is good research out there in favor of Mg and CoQ10 for migraine control. Drinking lots of water, exercising regularly, and a number of other lifestyle improvements should also be practiced.
