Andrew, I truly believe natures-herbal vitamins is the bless, best and excellent vitamins and Procaps vitamins manufacture the divinely best and best. I am happy taking my multi-vitamins, step one to step five. Though from step 3, Elite vitamins, I ordered additional vitamins I do believe essential for my health, the eye support, joint benefit, mental vitamins, bones vitamins. I tried the ultimate vitamins, I truly love it with my vegetarian nutrional diet as well and the ordered founders vitamins the step 5 is bless gift to my health. I am back to elite vitamins still I am additing vitamins that adds up to be ultimate vitamins or founders vitamins. I take my friendly flora, digest assure, gas and beans vitamins, Vit. B12 though it is already in my multi-vitamins, additional omega, Essential amino vitamins with no breakfast yet, my phosphotydly choline, and my p, serine granules.
