Andrew, I am gigle everytime regarding bio-chemist terminology, molecules of p......I love my glucosamine and chrondroitime vitamins, I took the maximum joint vitamins, I love the orange color of the vitamins, I said, it is co-enzyme Q10 and went back to my glucosamine and chrondroitine. Then, I take advantage of the today's special about glucosamine 1500 with no chrondroitine. Will this be good for healthy joint. I re-ordered back my glucosamine and chrodroitine or the new joint benefit packet, take four you have the 1500 of glucosamine and 1200 of the chrondroitine. I am happy I am doing day to day relaxing exercises, stretching exercises you joint flexibility and with healthy bones dexterity too.
