I agree 100% with the no no to Human Growth Hormone. Anythng additional in the body that mother nature has depleted due to aging process and not illness, should not be fulled around with. Proper eating, exercise, sleeping patterns, proper care of skin, and a wonderful frame of mind can keep a person looking younger than most. Of course there are genetics that can help but fooling around with mother nature is not a good thing.

HGH is made by the body when doing Interval training, according to the research I've done...so get your *^*#!*! moving! What is Interval Training? In a nutshell, do your normal aerobic pace, then increase the pace to a breathless, or can't-talk-right-now level, for about 30-60 seconds, then recover, and repeat. According to fitness experts, this elevates HGH levels, and you don't have to take those dangerous and very expensive drugs.
