Andrew - Love this website and all of the information that you share with everyone. On magnesium oxide, I've read some things that suggest that taking this creates a more alkaline environment in the upper GI tract that inhibits the absorption of other minerals such as calcium and iron. What did your research show on this issue?

I've read the form of magnesium to take is "magnesium citrate" as opposed to "magnesium oxide."

Andrew, I did not hear your enter educational explanation on this subject this website give me a minute talk and stop. Ask your technician to fix it. As far as I learn from you this another source added to your calcium vitamins to make our bones healthy they syncronized ingredients such as calcium, magnesium and ...................for healthy bones.

Andrew, The magnesium oxide is this ingredients found in Calcium Intensive Care and Bone and Body Factors, do you include this in your Vit D vitamins. As far I remember you shares to us, Calcium, magnesium, boron, vit. D are quality healthy sources for healthy bones. Is it in Women Wellness vitamins too.........Smile.............
