Hi, Andrew,

Thank you for you comments about HRT...I take bio-identical HRT, and have tried to live without it, only to become an emotional basket case without them...am looking for an alternative soon, as ten years even on bio-identicals seems too long for me.

I would like to know your feelings and comments on bio-identical HRT. Im seriously considering them. I take many of your vitamins and love them all. Your input on this would be very helpful to me.

I have just tried Ladycare and have found it to do wonders for menopuase symptoms. Has anyone else tried it??
