Andrew, Regarding Calcium, I am taking my multi-vitamins with Calcium vit. with it as well there is the Vit. D for more calcium utilization and absorption. then, I also have my Bone and Body Calcium to add it on. Are green and colorful cholorophyll vegetables are good sources of calcium in vegetarian manner. What is the ph balanced of calcium like the ph balanced of essential omega vitamins in standarized manner. In my personal understanding that's the natures healthy way of having vitamin supplementation because of its wonderful miraculous roles in healthy diet together with the combined right nutritional balanced diet of natural foods, vegetables, nuts and fruits.
