I HAVE TAKEN L-THEANINE 200 MG ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS AND I TRULY KNOW THAT IT HAS HELPED WITH ANXIETY FOR ME. IT WAS RECOMMENDED BY AN INTEGRATIVE MD. IT DOES NOT CAUSE DROWSINESS BUT JUST A CALM RELAXED STATE. PLEASE SPEAK TO WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS AMINO ACID. I RESPECT YOUR OPINION. THANKS SO MUCH!

Hi Andrew,

Echoing Taylor's comment from July 11th, I would also like to know you're thoughts about L-Theanine. It's found in green tea and is said to be the responsible component for the relaxed yet alert feeling one gets when drinking green tea. I initially heard about it from Dr. Perricone on his PBS shows. Do your green tea products contain this? If not, will you consider it in the future?

Thanks,
Stephanie
